Once we’ve found a bespoke storage solution, our two-man team will collect your items. You only need to book the time, date, and tell us the address. The same process applies to deliveries.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I need extra storage space for my business. Do you ask for a deposit?
We don’t ask for a deposit, but payments are taken in advance for each month.
How will I be billed?
We will debit your chosen credit or debit card once a month. When you come out of store we refund any full days that you may have paid for but not used. Many of our competitors round up to the nearest full week or even month – not us though, we don’t think that’s fair.
What is the best way to contact you if I've an urgent return request?
Email is often the best way to get in touch. We aim to respond as quickly as possible to all requests. Our offices are open Mon – Fri from 9am to 5pm. We are also closed on bank and public holidays.
Do you offer a relocation service for offices?
Yes, as well as moving your goods to storage we can also complete office and household relocations.
I'm packing my self. Could you recommend packing material?
We’ve got you covered! We supply quality double walled boxes, tape, bubble wrap and packing paper.
How secure is your warehouse?
Our storage facility is very secure. We store in modern brick built warehouses which are manned by our own staff, covered by CCTV with modern alarm systems in place. As we have over 1500 sealed storage pods stacked using via forklift, they are also very hard to access without the necessary expertise.
Can you disassemble office furniture and store it for a while?
No problem at all. We will dismantle and rebuild to the best of our ability.
Can you help me move my items into the storage pods?
That’s what we do! We take the hassle out of storage. You can relax and let us do the heavy lifting for you. No need to hire a van and carry all your goods along long corridors and up and down in lifts – who wants to do that?
Can you do next day collection in London?
Often we can but availability changes frequently. For urgent, short notice collections please call us and we will do our very best to help.
Do you sell packing material?
Yes we do. Please take a look at our packing materials shop page for all the boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper and tape you’ll need.
